July 4th Celebration  -  The pool opens at 9:00am.  The picnic will be from 11:30am-1:00pm.  The "Hat Parade" will begin at 1:00pm with children's games starting at 1:30pm.  The "Big Splash" contest, Treasure Hunt and Greased Watermelon contest will begin at 3:00pm
