tennis accessible and fun for all members who wish to participate. |
| Committee
Structure: |
| The committee shall consist of at least one board member, who shall
be designated chairperson, and as many people from the general
membership as needed to present a cross section of various interest
groups. |
| Responsibilities: |
- To
establish the job description and experience requirements of the CRA
Tennis Director.
|
- To
take the appropriate steps to interview eligible candidates for the
position of Tennis Director and make recommendations to the Board of
Directors for hiring of same.
|
- To
work with the Tennis Director and the Manager of the Facility to
identify groups and individuals within the Association with an
interest in instruction and/or group or team activities and develop
program opportunities.
|
- To
monitor the condition of the courts, lights, equipment, etc. and
report problems to the facility manager and/or the head of the
Maintenance committee.
|
- To
assist in the resolution of scheduling conflicts.
|
- To
help in the process of establishing the yearly budget.
